Could be better
The rates Hill & Partners Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hill & Partners Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Hill & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
