Great for bundling
HighMount Brokerage bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with HighMount Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Reliable broker
Been with HighMount Brokerage for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Slow and unresponsive
HighMount Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about HighMount Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
HighMount Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
