Family business feel
Highland Insurance Agency has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Great for home insurance

Lost my documents

Okay but not great
Used Highland Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Highland Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
