Pretty good
Heritage Insurance Group helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Heritage Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
Heritage Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Heritage Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
