Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hawkins & Hayes Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Hawkins & Hayes Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Hawkins & Hayes Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Great for bundling
