Happy with the savings

Good value
I appreciate that Harvest Insurance Brokers shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Harvest Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Harvest Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Harvest Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
