Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Harper & West Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Harper & West Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Great for home insurance
