Reliable broker
Been with Harbour Financial & Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Harbour Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
