Happy with the savings

Helpful but slow
The broker at Guardian Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Reliable broker
Been with Guardian Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Guardian Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience

Okay but not great
