Solid broker
GreenValley Financial & Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at GreenValley Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from GreenValley Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Local knowledge matters

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GreenValley Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GreenValley Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
GreenValley Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
