Responsive and caring

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gray & Williams Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Could be better
The rates Gray & Williams Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gray & Williams Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Gray & Williams Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
