Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Gray Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Gray Insurance Ltd.. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Gray Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Gray Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
