Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Gray & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
Gray & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Gray & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Gray & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
