Top notch broker
Grant & McMillan Insurance found us comprehensive home and auto insurance at a price that beat what we were paying before. The team is very responsive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Grant & McMillan Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Grant & McMillan Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Grant & McMillan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Amazing customer service

Smooth transition

Does the job
Grant & McMillan Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brantford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
