Amazing customer service

Does the job
GoldenRidge Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Dartmouth. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with GoldenRidge Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GoldenRidge Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with GoldenRidge Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
