Poor communication
My biggest issue with GoldenLeaf Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at GoldenLeaf Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Solid broker
GoldenLeaf Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about GoldenLeaf Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
