Lost my documents
Girard Assurances lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Girard Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
