Top notch broker

Helpful but slow
The broker at Fleming Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Room for improvement
Fleming Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Lost my documents
Fleming Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fleming Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
