Good value
I appreciate that Fleming & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Room for improvement
Fleming & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
Used Fleming & Co. Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fleming & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
