Five stars all around
Switched to Fidelity Insurance Solutions on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Okay but not great
Used Fidelity Insurance Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Fair pricing

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Fidelity Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
