Amazing customer service
The staff at FairSpring Insurance Brokers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with FairSpring Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Does the job
FairSpring Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kingston. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great
Used FairSpring Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Smooth transition

Slow and unresponsive
FairSpring Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
