Average experience
My experience with EastSpring Insurance Brokers was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about EastSpring Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at EastSpring Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with EastSpring Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
