Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Donovan Insurance Agency. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Donovan Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Donovan Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
