Amazing customer service
The staff at Donovan Insurance Agency are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Donovan Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good value
I appreciate that Donovan Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Okay but not great
Used Donovan Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
