Poor communication
My biggest issue with Desjardins Conseil en Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Desjardins Conseil en Assurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Desjardins Conseil en Assurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Desjardins Conseil en Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
