Lost my documents
DeepCreek Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about DeepCreek Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from DeepCreek Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
DeepCreek Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
