Five stars all around
Switched to Crawford & Shepherd Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Okay but not great

Fair pricing

Smooth transition

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Crawford & Shepherd Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
