Slow and unresponsive
CoastalHill Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
CoastalHill Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
