Slow and unresponsive
CoastalCreek Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalCreek Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Could be better
The rates CoastalCreek Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
