Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Coastal Financial & Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Coastal Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Couldn't be happier

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Coastal Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
