Okay but not great
Used Chen & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chen & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
