Does the job
Chen & Associates Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to London. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Chen & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Chen & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Chen & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Chen & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
