Solid broker
Carr & Ford Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Carr & Ford Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Fair pricing
Carr & Ford Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Carr & Ford Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
