Fair pricing
Carlson & McKenzie Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker
Carlson & McKenzie Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Carlson & McKenzie Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
