Pretty good
Capital Insurance Advisors helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Capital Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
