Helpful staff
The staff at BrightValley Insurance Brokers were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Reliable broker
Been with BrightValley Insurance Brokers for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with BrightValley Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with BrightValley Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
